Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac within a gated neighborhood is the private oasis for a young family. A client with modern taste and dynamic ideas helped us to create a peaceful sanctuary and luxurious playground to be enjoyed for the years to come.
The general layout is navigated along a longitudinal spine that runs the length of the home. Staircases at each end are lined with ipe and terminated with multi-story glass walls that extend toward beautifully serene wooded views. Along this hallway are the major living areas of the home - kitchen, dining and great room - while the adjacent glass has lovely views towards the pool and courtyard beyond.
The home and outdoor spaces provide for a self contained environment. One that prioritizes seclusion and is expressed in simple, elegant forms. Elements within the home include a theater, recording studio, library, game room & craft areas. The residence includes three en suite bedrooms with adjoining dressing areas. Additionally, there are two guest suites on the northeast wing of the home that enjoy an extra dose of privacy from the rest of the home.
